DESCRIPTION:INTRODUCTION TO QUICKBOOKS\n\nSPONSORED BY LABOUR & ADVANCED EDUCATION\n\n\n\nThe Cape Breton Regional Chamber of Commerce will be offering a free Introduction to Quickbooks course beginning at the end of January.\n\nThis 40   hour course is designed for those with basic bookkeeping knowledge.\n\n\n\nCourse Content will include:\n\n	Accounting Theory\n	Set up of Quickbooks software\n	Set up of accounts/lists\n	Navigating the software\n	Creating invoices and credits\,\n	Recording sales receipts\n	Setting up payables and credit cards\n	Receiving payments and making deposits\n	Writing cheques\n	Paying invoices\n	Bank Reconciliations\n\n\n\nThe Introduction to Quickbooks will run 2 x a week for 6 weeks beginning late January.
