AGM
The Sydney and Area Chamber of Commerce will be holding a Special Meeting on Monday April 2, 2012 at 12pm in the Ceilidh Room of Casino NS, George St. Sydney.
The purpose of this meeting is to vote on a proposed by law change:
Notice of Proposed Bylaw Change:
6.01 "The Annual General Meeting of the Board shall be held within 90 calendar days of the fiscal year end, at the time and place determined by the Board. At least two (2) weeks notice of the Annual Meeting shall be sent to the last known address of all members, either by electronic or traditional mail, depending upon the member's preference."
