Break Free Counselling

Trauma care is here, and statistics show that most of us have or will experience some form. Sometimes, we don't even realize what's troubling us. Much human suffering can be treated with trauma informed EMDR therapists. We offer this and more - from worries to PTSD; children to elderly; couples to families - Break Free Counselling Ltd. aims to help, regardless of financial ability. Our owner and Director, Barbara Jean, is clear that her corporation will always strive to offer therapies that you can afford. We currently provide 20% of our services free of charge to those who do not have private insurance. She has a vision and as we expand, so too will the number of people that will receive free and/or affordable private mental health care.
